This past April, My Home Renovations completely gutted my old kitchen and constructed
and installed my new one. From start to finish, their work was impeccable and
their personnel polite and professional.
Milton Kislinger, with whom I first met, was always completely honest and upfront
with me about their business practices and potential cost. He came all the way
uptown to my apartment at my convenience to look at my old kitchen and discuss
my new one.
Daria Wilcyzynska-White, the designer, was amazing. Even though I had an idea
of what I wanted, she really steered me to the best, most appropriate (and financially
viable) materials and solutions. We worked together to get the best colors and
textures for my space. She has an excellent eye for color and space, and helped
me make good choices without pressuring me. I always felt that she wanted to
help create the best kitchen we possibly could! (She succeeded!)
Sagi Shefer, our project manager, was simply perfect. He met me at work to discuss
the project and made me feel totally comfortable with his total grasp of every
detail of the new kitchen. He asked all the right questions! During construction,
he was always available via cell phone or email and got back to me immediately
whenever I left a message. His crew always knew exactly what to do. All the steps
of the project were completed in a timely manner that allowed for all the pieces
to fall into place!
When demolition began, I was 7 months pregnant. Knowing this, Sagi and his crew
worked quickly and efficiently to finish the job before my baby was born. Their
speed was amazing! Without sacrificing quality, Sagi got the whole kitchen finished
ahead of schedule.
I am the Art Director at The Martha Stewart Show. I have designed and worked
in many kitchens and with many crews. My standards are impossibly high. Sagi
and everyone on his crew completely fulfilled my vision of my kitchen – every
detail was looked after with close attention.
I am so happy with my new kitchen – the design and execution of the entire
project were so painless and pleasant! I, like everyone beginning a renovation,
have heard horror stories about contractors. None of these stories apply to MyHome
or its employees. Their work is careful but fast, their manner totally professional
and courteous. I have already highly recommended their services to numerous friends
and neighbors!
