all available by cell phone in case of an emergency. If you need rush
service, we can help you.

Response
Because we are open 7 days a week, all inquiries are replied to either
the same day or within one business day. A remodeling consultant is usually
available for an in-home consultation within 24 to 48 hours - often sooner.
You’ll receive a written project proposal within 3 business days
of your initial consultation (unless additional research is required.)
Your project can begin within five business days of finalizing an agreement.

& Efficient Turn-Around Time
If you are purchasing a new property, speed is often a primary factor.
MyHome works quickly and efficiently to help minimize your duplicate costs
such as mortgage, rent or maintenance. If you’re currently occupying
the property, a tight schedule will keep your inconvenience to a minimum.
MyHome can provide options to speed things along. For example, MyHome is
the only New York City construction firm that carries a line of kitchen
cabinetry that can be delivered in two to three business days.

Numbers
When you receive a proposal for a construction project or reach an agreement
to commence work, those numbers are final. There won't be any “unforeseen” expenses
or variances between the estimate and the actual numbers. This remains
true even if MyHome underestimates your project. You have our assurance –– our
numbers are real.

Warranty
MyHome provides a five-year warranty on all our labor and a manufacturer's
warranty of up to 25 years on all products we use. We've worked hard
to earn our reputation, so rest assured, should issues or problems arise
with your finished product, we’ll handle them.

Your remodeling project will be conducted by experienced professionals
that have also been trained by MyHome to ensure they perform according
to our standards. MyHome team members are educated in all aspects of

Remodeling Consultant
The remodeling consultant is essential to the success of your project.
He or she will walk you through each step of production –– planning,
designing, budgeting, selecting materials, and providing technical solutions,
advise and answers to all your questions.

The Project
Manager
The project manager will be your best friend and advocate. He or she will
be your contact person during the construction phase of your renovation.
The project manager is the liaison between the trade professionals, the
company and you. He or she will schedule, supervise, control and inspect
the project - as well as solve any issues that should arise.

Crew
Continuity
The same crew will run your project from start to finish. Your crew will
not be sent to a different job once your project is underway. Your project
manager will monitor your project daily.

Involvement
In a large operation, clients often find that they do not have access to
the people at the top. Generally, owners step back from the business once
it’s established, and clients are denied access to the “bosses.” At
MyHome, your satisfaction is our primary goal. Our two principal owners

The Job
One of the most common complaints about remodeling is that small items – a
missing door handle or panel - often go unfinished for months. At MyHome,
we realize the importance of truly completing a project. Your project manager
will help you compile a “touch-up” list and expedite it. The “touch-up” crew
will come in after the project is completed. We’ll make sure no unfinished
items remain and that the project is completed to your satisfaction.
